Description
SCP-682 is a large, vaguely reptile-like creature of unknown origin. It appears to be extremely intelligent, as well as being observed to have extremely high strength, speed, and reflexes, though exact levels vary with its form. Its physical body can change very quickly, growing or decreasing in size as it consumes or sheds matierial. SCP-682's regenerative capabilities and resilience are staggering, and SCP-682 has been seen moving and speaking with its body 87% destroyed or rotted. SCP-682 appears to have a hatred of all life, made evident in several interviews done during its containment.
In-game

Added by UnknownObjectSCP-682 can be heard randomly in the Site, roaring loudly and seemingly escaping, while coming under gunfire. Aside from audio appearances, it currently appears physically in-game destroying an attack helicopter near Gate B during a surface escape attempt.

Added by Dragonlord5235The model for SCP: Containment Breach is shared with another game based on the SCP Foundation, "SCP: Six-Eight-Two", by Divinity Studio. Both Divinity and Regalis have confirmed the joint effort.
Update History
Version 0.5 (October 31, 2012)
- With the addition of the Gate B exit, SCP-682's arm is now seen in-game, swatting at a helicopter.
Trivia
- Since v0.3, there is a random event that heavily implies (through heavy roars, camera shaking and gun-firing) that SCP-682 has escaped containment. This roar can be heard in the file
Roar.ogg, and when played through a media player the "Artist" is labeled as "YOUR DEATH IS INEVITABLE". - The official SCP picture is actually a picture taken from a decaying creature that had washed up on the Shakhalin Shoreline in Russia. It was thought to be a dead Plesiousaur, but after testing, it was found to be an exceptionally large adult male beluga whale. The story can be read here.
- In an upcoming version, there will be an event where SCP-682 will chase the player throughout an area in the facility, destroying things in his way.
